Vmware 2 on ubuntu 9.10 64

I have problem install vmware server on ubuntu server 9.10 64 (2.6.31-21-server)

i have googling aroud the world to find the answers and this is the best right now..

if you have download vmware server 2 and found this problem

unable to load vmnet
